James Caswell

James joined Delph Property Group earlier this year as our General Counsel. He is an experienced lawyer who practiced for a couple of well-established law firms before moving in-house. Away from the office, James is a keen sportsman with a passion for books and Spanish culture.

Kooky Fact: James is a keen meditator and tries to spend at least one hour every day in some form of meditative discipline.

Ian Jones

Originally from South Africa, Ian is responsible for the smooth running of the finance department throughout Delph Property Group. He has over 15 years of experience in the accounting sector both here in the UK and abroad. A fitness enthusiast, Ian is a keen gym goer, golfer and long-distance runner.

Kooky Fact: He played 18 holes of golf with the great cricketing legend Brian Lara when he was 16 (the one time I was given a free pass to bunk school).
