The good thing about Paul and Howard signing all the Cheques and Contracts , is that whilst they disagree on most things, they always agree on the deals they buy, and if one is away the other makes sure it happens on time and that nothing ever gets delayed.
Paul had been working in the property industry since 1978. Throughout his career he has been primarily involved in building and running the group’s investment portfolio, originally with the acquisition of blocks where flats were let to regulated tenants. Paul enjoys keeping fit, watching Arsenal and skiing when his wife and four children allow it!
Kooky Fact: He played football with Pele when he was 7.
Howard joined Delph Group Property in 1980. His initial focus was mostly on developing in London, including conversions of warehouses, schools and office buildings. Howard is now responsible for new development acquisitions. Howard is married with four children and and
has a large psychedelic rock music collection.
